Yes, you can change your departure date in the online booking form.
When you receive your invitation email and proceed to verify your identity, you will have the opportunity to select your departure date. This date can be different from the travel period you submitted during your application to the European Youth Platform.
While you are completing your travel booking form, you will be able to review your booking request before submitting. At this stage, you will be able to go back and edit your information where needed
After submitting the booking form for a Flexible Travel
Yes, with the Flex pass, you can change your departure date on the DiscoverEU Travel App any time before the start of your first travel day (00:00 CET). If you activated a travel day on the app, you can simply cancel and reschedule this date. If a travel day has started or passed, however, you can only change the dates of travel days that haven't started yet.
After submitting the booking form for a Fixed Travel
The information will be transferred to the Travel Team, who will look for travel tickets to arrange your requested itinerary.
The Travel team can come back to you, offering you to change your departure date, in case of the following reasons:
1.Tickets cannot be booked on the requested dates (availability issue)
2.Tickets are too expensive on the requested dates (budget issue)
