Please note that, when booking a reservation e-ticket, it may take up to 30 minutes before you receive a confirmation email with the ticket attached. The confirmation email might also land in your spam folder, so be sure to check that out as well.
If you booked with the Interrail Self-Service and you have not received your confirmation email after 1 hour, please go to ‘View Reservations’ in your Interrail account overview. You can download the e-tickets from there too. If you can’t find your reservation there, please get in touch.
If you ordered a paper ticket, it will not be sent to you by email. Instead, it will be sent to you by postal services, and you will receive a track & trace code once the ticket has been shipped. You can use this track & trace code to check the latest shipment status of your tickets. If the PostNL website does not give you an update anymore after the package left the Netherlands, please check the postal company of the destination country. You can use the same track & trace code to check the status of your package there, which might contain more up-to-date information.
If you still have issues with the ticket delivery after checking the above, please get in touch.
