E-tickets
It can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive, with your e-tickets attached. If you can't find it:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you're checking the inbox of the email address you used to log in to Interrail Self-Service.
- Still nothing after 1 hour? Look in the app under More > Seat reservations > Your bookings, or log in to Interrail Self-Service and go to Reservations overview. You can download your e-tickets from there.
Can't find your reservation there either? Contact the DiscoverEU Travel Team.
Paper tickets
Paper tickets aren't sent by email. They're sent by post, and you'll get a tracking code once your ticket has been shipped. Use the code to check the delivery status, first on the PostNL website, and then with the postal service in your country once the ticket has left the Netherlands. How to track your paper ticket
