Each travel ticket is personal and nominative, meaning it cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstance. The name on the ticket cannot be changed.
If a selected participant decides not to take part before the external contractor appointed by the European Commission has booked the ticket, the place will be offered to the next person on the reserve list, following the order of selection.
