While completing your booking form, you’ll need to upload a valid identity document (passport, ID card or residence card).
Your document will be processed by ShuftiPro, a trusted KYC (Know Your Customer) provider. It will be stored on their encrypted servers for two weeks, after which it will be permanently deleted.
If there’s an issue with verification, you do not need to send a copy of your identity document to our support team. We will access it securely via the verification system.
Please note: Any identity card or passport details shared in the application form on the European Youth Portal, or via the DiscoverEU travel app are processed and stored separately from the ID verification system.
