You can cancel your travel day and/ or 1-month Pass validity period any time before the start of your selected Pass validity period or travel day (00:00 Local Time). However, keep in mind that you need to confirm your intention to travel when you choose to travel with the DiscoverEU Flex Pass. Your Pass needs to be activated on the date that you are required to confirm your intention to travel and remain activated as much as possible thereafter. To change the start date of your 1-month pass validity period, please take the following steps in the DiscoverEU Travel app:
- If you have already scheduled a FUTURE travel day, go to My Pass section and tap 'Cancel travel day' and then ‘deactivate Pass’.
- If you have not scheduled your first travel day yet, go to My Pass section, tap the three dots on the top right, and tap ‘deactivate Pass’.
You can then choose a new 1-month Pass validity period by finishing the activation in My Pass again, after which you can plan your new travel days. Please take a look at our instructional video, which shows the steps in the app here.
To cancel a travel day, please take the step below in the DiscoverEU Travel app:
- Go to the My Pass section, tap on the travel day you want to cancel and tap 'Cancel travel day’
IMPORTANT: You can make changes of this kind up until 23:59 Local Time on the day before your travel day or travel period is scheduled to start'. Once the travel day and/or 1-month Pass validity already started, no changes can be made.
