The More section of the DiscoverEU Travel app has extra settings and information you might need during your trip. Tap a section below to see what you'll find there.
Settings
Tap the settings icon at the top right to manage:
- Notifications: we strongly recommend turning on service notifications. They warn you about strikes and major disruptions. These alerts are general and not based on your own trip. They also let the app warn you if it looks like you've added a Travel Day by mistake. Promotional notifications are optional and tell you about DiscoverEU events.
- Privacy settings: choose whether to share anonymous app performance data with us. This helps us make the app more reliable. You can also manage the app's access to the internet and your location.
- Error logging: you only need this if you have technical problems with the app. What to do if your Pass isn't working
- Use live updates: keep this turned on. It shows live train information for some train companies. If you have a technical problem, you can turn it off, and the app will show the regular timetable instead. This may not include the latest changes. Which train companies have live information

Seat reservations
Here you'll find any seat reservations you've booked as e-tickets, under Your bookings. You'll also find information on how to book seat reservations in each country. Some train companies only issue paper tickets. These are sent to you by post, so book them early. Learn more about seat reservations
