The DiscoverEU Interrail Pass can only be on one device at the time. However, you can easily move your Pass to a different device if needed, as long as you have an internet connection. The steps differ slightly depending on the status of your Pass, and are as follows:
Please download the DiscoverEU Travel app on your new device, and log in using your DiscoverEU account. Then, you will get the question whether you want to move your Pass from your old device to your new device. Please use the ‘move Pass’ button, and proceed with the subsequent steps. Once done, your Pass and your Trip will be moved to your new device, and removed from your old one.
Note: If your travel period is scheduled in the future, please de-activate the Pass on your old device before proceeding with this step.
Note: If your travel period has already begun, the steps are the same but you will only be able to move the Pass once. If you need to move your Pass again after this, please contact the DiscoverEU Travel Team.
