Once you will get back home after your DiscoverEU travel, you will receive an e-mail with a link to complete the Post-Travel Survey. Please note that the survey is only sent to you once your DiscoverEU Travel Pass one-month validity period is over. After completing this survey (which takes around 10 minutes), you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you that your DiscoverEU Certificate of Participation is ready to download in your DiscoverEU profile.
I did not receive the Post-Travel Survey
If you already travelled with your DiscoverEU Pass, but you did not receive the Post-Travel Survey via email, make sure to first check your spams. If you cannot find it there, you can contact the Travel Team by submitting your request here.
I completed the Post-Travel Survey but I did not receive my Certificate of Participation
If you have completed all the pages of the post-travel survey, you will receive a notification email confirming that your Certificate of participation is ready to download in your DiscoverEU profile. Please make sure to verify the mailbox of the e-mail address you applied with. If you cannot find it, you can contact the Travel Team by submitting your request here.
