Travellers who applied in April 2024
You have until the 1st of July 2024 to complete your booking form.
Travellers who applied in October 2024
You have until the 1st of March 2025 to complete your booking form.
I completed the booking form but did not receive my FLEX Pass
All tickets are automatically sent via e-mail once you completed your form. The email has the subject "Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next" and is sent from the email address "customerservice@interrail.eu".
I completed my booking form, but did not receive my FIX Pass
The travel team will contact around three months in advance to book your travel journey. If you decide to postpone your travel, modify your travel journey or change your pass from FIX to FLEX, you can only do, so before your travel journey is booked. Do not hesitate to contact the travel team via : Submit a request in case of any changes prior to your ticket booking.
