Travellers who applied in October 2024: You have until 1 March 2025 to complete your booking form.
Travellers who applied in April 2025: You have until 31 August 2025 to complete your booking form and activate your DiscoverEU Pass.
Travellers who applied in October 2025: You have until 15 March 2026 to complete your booking form and activate your DiscoverEU Pass.
I completed the booking form but did not receive my DiscoverEU Pass
All tickets are automatically sent via e-mail once you completed your form. The email has the subject "Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next" and is sent from the email address "customerservice@interrail.eu".
